📋 Description

• Create performance creatives (video and static) for advertising campaigns on Meta and other
• Generate realistic photos and videos using AI tools, selecting optimal models for each task
• Collaborate with marketers to interpret briefs, test hypotheses, and create creative Variations
• Analyze creative results and base design decisions on metrics
• Improve and optimize team workflows; automate repetitive tasks
• Share knowledge with the team and help other designers grow

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of advertising creative structure; know hooks and how to captivate viewers; select
• 1+ year experience in After Effects; knowledge of animation principles and compositing; ability to
• 1+ year experience in AI-generated photos/videos; knowledge of models and their appropriate use
• Visual literacy — composition, typography, color work
• Process optimization: speed up routines, test tools, improve workflow
• Experience working in a team; understanding of team processes and cross-role collaboration
