Senior Project Manager - Professional Services

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise projects for Rubrik PS.
• Act as customer-facing trusted advisor for deployment success and business value realization.
• Mentor and coach other Project Managers; contribute to PMO governance and delivery frameworks.
• Drive delivery excellence, leadership, and practice enablement across engagements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Support, Sales, Partners) and manage stakeholder
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of direct PM experience delivering enterprise projects in PS/Consulting.
• PMP certification; PMO governance experience with AI-enabled delivery tools a plus.
• Proven track record managing multiple complex client engagements in fast-paced tech environments.
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior to mid-level PMs; strong executive communication and conflict
• Hands-on knowledge of modern PM tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana) and Google Workspace.
• Technical background in data management, cloud, cybersecurity, or SaaS delivery is a plus
