📋 Description

• Manage transaction services initiatives with investors, sellers, counsel, and issuers.
• Maintain templates to support transaction processes and products.
• Support fund investments, investor relations, audit, tax, and accounting.
• Compile documents and signatures for closings.
• Drive complex transactions to closing with internal/external stakeholders.
• Liaise with parties to provide updates and troubleshoot issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years in fast-paced corporate setting (finance/tech/legal/investment services).
• Undergraduate degree in commerce/business/law/accounting/economics.
• Client-facing experience.
• Attention to detail, resourcefulness, speed of execution.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to communicate priorities and deadlines with stakeholders.
