Product Development Technician

📋 Description

• Support product development and commercialization initiatives.
• Contribute to prototype creation, ingredient screening, sample prep, production trials, and
• Prepare technical documentation and provide manufacturing support to ensure quality and consistency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, and Quality teams to meet Cresco standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of lab or manufacturing experience in R&D or product development.
• Associate degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, Biology, Food Science, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate documentation and reports.
• Ability to travel to other in-state or out-of-state locations with reasonable notice.
• Must be 21 years of age or older; US work authorization without sponsorship (as applicable).
• Experience with cannabis extracts, processing, or related infusion techniques is a plus.
