📋 Description

• Own key employee lifecycle processes
• Manage tickets and resolve complex queries
• Lead payroll inputs, leave, benefits, docs, verification
• Support India, US, and EOR populations
• Maintain SOPs, trackers, controls
• Contribute to People Ops projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in HR or related field
• 5 years in People Ops or HR
• HRIS: Darwinbox, ADP, or similar
• Experience India ops; US/EOR exposure
• Process improvement and automation exp
• Comfort with AI tech and data handling
