Senior Support Engineer, NORAM

📋 Description

• Independently own and resolve complex technical issues for enterprise customers.
• Lead investigations into high-severity issues and liaise during incidents.
• Produce minimal reproductions, reusable snippets, and structured reports.
• Mentor other Support Engineers and improve investigation/communication processes.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to surface patterns and drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Remote on the West Coast (PDT) in North America
• 4+ years in developer support or engineering roles
• Strong debugging of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web apps (Next.js)
• Proven ability to own complex issues from diagnosis to resolution
• Clear communication and mentorship capabilities
• Bias toward improving systems, docs, and processes
