📋 Description

• Lead initiatives within Elasticsearch to produce an industry-leading search engine offering, supply
• Contribute to Elasticsearch full time, building new search features and fixing intriguing bugs.
• Work with a globally distributed team focused on vector search capabilities and search relevance.
• Be an expert on Elasticsearch search relevance and drive improvements in this area.
• Develop near-operating system and hardware awareness when needed to optimize performance.
• Collaborate across functions to guide cross-functional initiatives and APIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience with search or vector databases, using HNSW, IVF, or other relevant
