📋 Description
- Senior hands-on technical authority for Elasticsearch deployments
- Design, optimize, and scale complex cluster topologies for enterprise customers
- Lead deployments, perform performance tuning, mentor staff
- Bridge business requirements with distributed systems engineering
- Collaborate with Services Delivery, Sales Engineers, and customer architects
- Travel to customer sites for key milestones as needed
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Solutions Architecture, Lead Engineer, or Senior Systems roles focused on Elasticsearch
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, Elasticsearch internals, node roles, Lucene, and
- Experience with vector search, ML integration, and RAG pipelines
- Cloud deployment experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or Go with Elasticsearch client libraries
- Excellent technical communication and ability to guide diverse teams
