📋 Description

• Own and mature the enterprise risk management program
• Develop risk appetite and inform decision making
• Operate ERM policy and assessment methodology
• Present risk posture to executives and risk committee
• Govern security and compliance frameworks evidence
• Track governance, dependencies, and strategic progress

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in information security, risk management, or GRC
• Proven ownership of an enterprise risk program
• Experience with risk and control self-assessments (RCSA)
• Multi-year risk-reduction roadmap development
• Experience presenting risk to executives or board
• Ability to influence without direct authority
