AI & Automation Specialist (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• You analyze, document, and optimize end-to-end finance processes
• You identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases with business and tech teams
• You design, develop, and iteratively improve AI agent workflows, prototypes, and MVPs
• You implement technical solutions, including API integrations and data orchestration
• You build dashboards, track KPIs, and document learnings
• You collaborate with senior experts, internal teams, and external partners while expanding AI

🎯 Requirements

• Education: degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Admin with tech focus
• Experience: 2+ years in process optimization, automation, or AI/ML
• Technical Skills: APIs, data structures, programming logic; Python or SQL experience
• Hands-on Mindset: build prototypes and learn via implementation
• AI Tools: experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RPA or low-code/no-code platforms
• Communication & Analytics: fluent in English; German is a plus
