Strategy & Operations Associate, Marketplace

📋 Description

• Join Marketplace Operations to launch and scale high-quality fulfillment for customers.
• Own shift fulfillment targets and ensure high-quality delivery (fill rate).
• Use data-driven tactics: onboarding campaigns, analytics, and incentives to hit targets.
• Build day-to-day Marketplace execution for major launches as programs scale.
• Identify risks, triage issues, and drive cross-functional resolution.
• Develop repeatable processes and tooling to improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in operations, strategy & operations, consulting, or similar fast-paced roles.
• Strong SQL or technical fluency; able to translate data into action.
• High ownership mindset with ability to drive outcomes.
• Highly organized, analytical, and able to work across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfort with ambiguity and autonomy in execution.
