🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS required; MBA/MA preferred.
• 7-10 years in Marketing Analytics & BI; global/country insights experience.
• Experience with Market Research plans; immunology/rheumatology a plus.
• Strong data synthesis, storytelling, and cross-functional influence.
• Familiarity with syndicated data sources and advanced analytics.
