📋 Description
- Manage revenue accounting for SpaceXAI platform and services.
- Handle Grok API usage billing, subscriptions, and enterprise agreements.
- Prepare journal entries and monthly/quarterly reconciliations.
- Document new product initiatives to ensure GAAP-compliant accounting.
- Identify process improvements and automate revenue activities.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, revenue operations, sales, and legal.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
- CPA license or equivalent.
- 4+ years revenue accounting experience (SaaS/tech preferred).
- Advanced Excel; familiarity with analytics/BI tools (SQL, Power BI, Superset, Alteryx) desirable.
- ERP/billing systems experience (Oracle, HubSpot, Stripe Billing) desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and data handling.
