• Contribute to product practice across CI&T accounts and communities.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced/fluent English for client-facing communication.
• 3+ years of Product Management experience (end-to-end ownership).
• Experience in healthcare/health IT, with awareness of regulatory constraints.
• Strong product discovery skills and backlog definition (user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Familiarity with agile development (Scrum/Kanban) and cross-functional squads.
• Excellent stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.
