AI & Automation Specialist (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Analyse, document, and optimize End-to-End Finance processes
• Identify AI use-cases with Fach- und Tech-Teams
• Design, develop, and improve AI agent workflows, prototypes, and MVPs
• Implement technical solutions incl. API integrations and data orchestration
• Build dashboards, track KPIs, document learnings
• Collaborate with senior experts, internal teams, and partners; continuous AI/automation learning

🎯 Requirements

• Academic background in IT, info systems, econIT or related
• 2+ years experience in process optimization, automation or AI/ML
• Fundamental API, data structures, programming logic; practical Python/SQL experience
• Hands-on, prototype-driven, self-driven
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI tools or RPA/low-code/no-code
• Analytical, structured, strong communication; fluent English (German a plus)
