Test and Evaluation Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and run T&E pipelines for autonomous UAVs, from SIL/HIL to field trials.
• Validate performance under real-world, degraded, and adversarial conditions.
• Collaborate with software, ML, and hardware teams to harden systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a BSc, MSc, or PhD in Aerospace, Robotics, Electrical Eng, Physics, or related field.
• 7+ years of testing, validation, and evaluation of autonomous systems (UAVs/robotics/aerospace).
• Proficient with Python, C++, or MATLAB for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with flight control systems (PX4, ArduPilot), ground control (QGroundControl), and
• Modeling & Simulation, SIL, and HIL analyses to stress-test integrations.
• Ability to diagnose root causes from flight data, logs, and telemetry; perform post-test
