• Commercial attorney located in Europe with 5+ years of experience supporting customer and channel
• Experience reviewing, negotiating and drafting a broad range of contracts and documents for sales
• Support transactions in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa; may also support other regions.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer within an EU jurisdiction
• Fluent in English; French and/or German helpful
• Strong problem-solving skills in fast-moving situations
• Experience negotiating contracts with customers, suppliers and technology partners
• Drafting documents in a commercial, client-focused style
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
