📋 Description

• Lead and mentor scientists in separation-based assays (HPLC, capillary electrophoresis) for
• Act as analytical representative in CMC teams supporting early-stage biologics pipelines.
• Lead method development, execution, troubleshooting of analytical tests; support automation and
• Prepare and review technical documents for early-stage programs; transfer test methods to partners
• Collaborate across R&D and PDS&T; guide project management and analytical strategy.
• Communicate data, issues and risks; promote proactive risk resolution to advance projects.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or related field; 8+ years
• Proven leadership of analytical development and QC for biologics (mAbs, bispecifics, ADCs, fusion
• Experience as Head of Quality Control (HQC) per § 12 AMWHV is a plus.
• Expertise in protein/impurity analysis (HPLC, capillary electrophoresis); mass spectrometry and
• Strong technical writing; regulatory document experience; excellent communication skills.
• Leadership skills; ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects with timelines.
