📋 Description

• Design and implement IAM solutions using Okta, including SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes across enterprise systems.
• Integrate Okta with cloud platforms and directory services.
• Support audits and compliance initiatives (SOC2, ISO27001).
• Monitor and respond to IAM-related incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Define access policies and RBAC within Okta and maintain IdP instances.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of IAM engineering or security experience.
• Hands-on with Okta Identity Cloud (Universal Directory, Lifecycle, Advanced Server Access).
• Strong with SAML and OIDC federation; experience with federated IdPs like Okta.
• Familiarity with Okta Workflows, API integrations, SCIM provisioning.
• Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python).
• Knowledge of GDPR, ISO27001, SOC2; Bachelor's in CS/Security; certifications like CISSP.
