- Lead a distributed team to build AI-integrated software solutions.
- Architectural oversight and AI strategy across services.
- Mentor global developers and decompose features for AI-enabled delivery.
- Drive design of scalable, modular systems with modern architecture.
- Collaborate on AI tooling adoption and CI/CD enhancements.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years software engineering with technical leadership.
- 2+ years AI/ML in production environment.
- Strong backend/full-stack background (Python).
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Devin AI, GH Copilot, GPT APIs).
- Expertise in system design, RAG/Agentic systems, task decomposition.
- Proven leadership of distributed engineering teams; strong English.
