• Oversee day-to-day operations with hospital partners
• Lead in-clinic pharmacy liaison team across specialties
• Drive growth initiatives and assess viability with cost analyses
• Own financial performance (P&L) for health system sites
• Collaborate across Shields leadership to optimize processes
• Maintain patient and clinician satisfaction targets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred) or 7+ years leading large teams
• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with licensure; clinical credentials preferred but not required
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
• Entrepreneurial attitude and hands-on approach
• Analytically oriented; data-driven decision maker
• Experience in process development and hospital/pharmacy operations
