🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, business partnering, consulting, investment banking, or
• Experience supporting or building finance functions in international/EMEA markets
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and robust models
• Excellent cross-functional communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in a high-growth environment
• Familiar with multi-entity, multi-currency environments and EMEA regulatory considerations
