• Trusted advisor to the physician organization
• Lead operational and strategic physician initiatives
• Coordinate physician admin across clinical and ops teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business/Healthcare Admin or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5–7 years in healthcare administration or related fields
• Experience supporting physician leadership and cross-functional healthcare initiatives
• Experience with PACS, RIS, EMR or related clinical tech
• Strong PM, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare systems
