📋 Description

• Lead risk, underwriting, fraud prevention, and compliance in freight factoring.
• Own the risk function, set standards, and build analytics and controls as the business grows.
• Manage a distributed remote risk team with hands-on problem solving.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in risk, underwriting, fraud, or compliance; leadership experience.
• Strong trucking/freight industry experience; client/debtor risk, KYB/KYC, UCC, invoice verification.
• Analytical, data-driven, with risk models, analytics, and workflow design skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership; able to lead offshore/distributed teams.
