📋 Description

• Own high-volume roles end to end using creative attraction strategies
• Partner with Hiring Managers to build structured processes
• Primary point of contact for candidates, reflecting employer brand
• Maintain Ashby data to track funnel performance
• Provide market insight to refine recruitment workflows
• Travel between offices (London, Lincoln) with regular in-person collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, high-volume or evergreen hiring
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers and stakeholders
• Experience with ATS (ideally Ashby), AI, automation in recruitment
• Strong organisation, prioritisation and communication
• Curious, proactive approach prioritising candidate experience
