• Collection Strategy & Analytics - develop and implement strategies for collections activities
• Analyze data, implement collection strategies with Data Science
• Improve processes and use A/B testing and data analysis
• Develop advanced analytics approaches including statistical modelling
• Analyze big data to provide actionable insights impacting bottom line
• Track loss forecasts, ACR by bucket to optimize performance

🎯 Requirements

• Technical skills: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau; SQL/R/Python a plus
• Experience in analytics, forecasting, segmentation and regulatory alignment
• Strong data-driven decision making and stakeholder collaboration
• Background in lending/collections or related financial services preferred
