Junior Account Executive

📋 Description

• Build and qualify pipeline for Senior AEs
• Grow to own pipeline from demo to close
• Run discovery calls for PXM tools
• Use Claude for research, demos, and CRM hygiene
• Partner with Solutions Eng on demos, POCs, RFPs
• Negotiate pricing/terms and move deals through legal

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent
• 1–2 years closing sales (SaaS preferred) or BDR/SDR moving to closing
• Track record of hitting quota or targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfort using AI tools (Claude) in daily workflow
• Highly organized with strong CRM habits
