📋 Description

• Provide first impression of SpaceX security to employees, customers, vendors, and guests at
• Offer high-quality customer service and act as a SpaceX information resource.
• Enforce access control, escort, and tour protocols for all site stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Security leadership and the SpaceX Protective Operations Center (SPOC) for
• Monitor site surveillance and prepare clear incident reports.
• Collaborate with Facilities, HR, and other teams during day-to-day operations and events.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in customer service or facility security-related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to de-escalate conflicts.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Active First Aid/CPR/AED certifications (preferred).
