Staff+ Software Engineer, RL Data Platform

📋 Description

• Full-stack, ownership-heavy role building RL data platforms for human feedback and training data.
• Design and ship web interfaces for annotators, backend services, and data pipelines supporting
• Collaborate with RL researchers to translate data needs into campaigns and tooling.
• Own reliability, latency, and usability of live systems
• Develop dashboards and tooling to monitor data quality and throughput.
• Scope projects end-to-end from ambiguity to production.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering with production experience in TypeScript/React (frontend) and Python
• Experience designing and operating backend services and data pipelines.
• Track record of owning projects end-to-end and shipping usable software.
• Comfort working with researchers and stakeholders with changing needs.
• Effective use of AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Care about societal impacts of work.
