📋 Description

• Seasonal Operations Associate supports store goals during peak periods by delivering guest
• Execute inventory management processes effectively with a focus on maximizing inventory accuracy
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to
• Support shipment, receiving and processing, visual merchandising, replenishment and floor set
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor and ensure efficient operation

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds and stand/move for a shift
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team
