Warehouse Trainer (2nd Shift)

📋 Description

• Train new hires in the fulfillment center.
• Evaluate trainee performance and coach accordingly.
• Assist onboarding and update training materials as needed.
• Maintain training docs and records timely.
• Serve as friendly point-of-contact for new hires.
• Support day-to-day training needs and logistics.

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent desirable
• Experience training peers or groups desirable
• Experience facilitating trainings/presentations desired
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish desirable
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
• Written and verbal communication skills
