📋 Description

• Lead hiring for Riveron’s Financial Advisory practice
• Balance direct hiring for mid-to-senior roles with team leadership
• Guide 2–3 recruiters and partner with Practice Directors
• Provide market insights and drive direct sourcing
• Maintain structured, efficient hiring processes
• Collaborate with business leaders on hiring strategy

🎯 Requirements

• MBA in HR, Business Management, or related master’s degree
• 8+ years of recruitment experience in Indian Financial Advisory/Transaction Services
• Big4 or professional services experience preferred
• 2–3 years mentoring a small team of recruiters
• Strong hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing, talent mapping, market research
• Experience with Ashby ATS preferred
