📋 Description

• Create and front short-form video content for the Italian market — appearing on camera regularly —
• Execute localized content plans across blog, newsletter, and social channels with SEO/GEO
• Nurture and engage the Italian host community across social channels, groups, and local forums
• Coordinate and host community activations and regional events (webinars, meetups, creator
• Use AI tools and build automations (e.g. n8n) to grow faster across content and community
• Support broader regional growth initiatives across events, CRM lifecycle and marketing experiments

🎯 Requirements

• ~1–2 years' marketing experience (content, social, community or field marketing), ideally
• Native Italian fluency with strong English skills
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and on-camera presence
• Strong Italian copywriting with understanding of content execution and basic SEO/GEO
• Tech-savvy with enthusiasm for AI and daily AI tool usage
• Familiar with CRM/HubSpot, CMS/WordPress/Webflow, Notion, basic video editing
