📋 Description

• Own utilization, capacity planning, and billability across the team
• Lead workforce planning, headcount strategy, and team economics
• Provide operational inputs to financials; build tooling to surface margin issues
• Design and own the delivery operating system and repeatable processes
• Oversee people operations, onboarding, and retention programs
• Own tool stack, vendor ecosystem, and AI workflow adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in operations with 3+ years in agency/consulting/services
• Experience managing people (ops coordinators, analysts, or managers)
• Proven ability to own utilization, gross margins, and reporting
• Shipped AI into production and sustained its use
• Systems-minded with strong documentation, automation, and process improvement skills
• Clear, concise communicator capable of driving organizational change
