📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment to maintain product flow
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and ensure safe, inviting store operations
• Move dynamically to assist guests, address needs, and support store goals during peak periods
• Collaborate with store leadership to ensure efficient in-store operations during holiday season

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to move, lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to resolve concerns quickly
• Willingness to work on-site during peak retail periods
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
