🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in UX research, product research, or equivalent
• Proven ability linking qualitative/quantitative evidence to decisions
• Fluency in methodologies: longitudinal tracking, surveys, qualitative
• Comfort in steering committees and governance forums
• Experience designing intake/prioritization for cross-disciplinary research
• Facility with modern AI tools and risk-aware usage
