📋 Description

• Be the expert on Cresco Labs House of Brands in MA market; share knowledge with others.
• Support go-to-market for new products to drive demand and news.
• Manage MA Brand Field team to grow retailers in territory.
• Identify and expand retail presence with account partners and in-store activations.
• Plan merchandising, floor displays, and visibility strategies.
• Coordinate events, trainings, and marketing materials for field teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of marketing experience in cannabis or related industry; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coordinate with distributor personnel, retailers, and budtenders.
• Local travel ~50%, occasional nights/weekends.
• Experience with field marketing metrics and KPIs; analytical mindset.
