🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional design experience (agency/tech/freelance).
• Strong portfolio with polished UI/web design across desktop/mobile.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma; ability to build structured design files.
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design systems: components, typography, color, grids.
• Experience translating research into practical interfaces; strong stakeholder communication.
