📋 Description

• Cross-functional coordination to align Product, Sales, and Professional Services on a unified plan
• Maintain roadmap hygiene, intake SLAs, and release readiness with Product Ops, Product Marketing
• Program management to scope, own milestones, governance, and ship formal programs from ambiguity to
• Own reporting of roadmap status, risks, and dependencies for executive and board materials.
• Establish quality and compliance systems (GxP/SOC 2/ISO) with cross-functional partners.
• AI governance and adoption: ensure governed, responsible AI shipping and agentic features.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in product operations, program/portfolio management, chief-of-staff, or management
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree welcome.
• Product/technical fluency: experience with data quality, integration timelines, and trade-offs
• Executive communication: ability to distill multi-team situations into decision-ready briefs for

🎁 Benefits
