📋 Description
- Manage Ops financial processes with Ops, Product, Data Science, and Accounting teams
- Track variances and drivers of spend vs forecasts
- Partner on long-term investments and optimization analytics to inform ROI of efficiency investments
- Lead business reviews to close gaps between forecast and actual spend
- Embed with Ops, Product, and Data Science to ensure growth/forecast models are rigorous
🎯 Requirements
- 7 - 10 years in Financial Planning & Analytics, Go-To-Market Finance, Commercial Finance, or
- Exceptional financial modeling to build complex driver-based models; strong financial statement
- Strategic, data-driven mindset; assess commercial implications of decisions
- Data-driven storytelling; influence decisions with objective analysis
- High agency; able to prioritize, navigate ambiguity, and meet deadlines
- BS/BA/MBA in Finance, Economics or related quantitative field
