Senior Manager, Clinical Quality Assurance - Americas

📋 Description

• The RDQA AREA Senior Manager will support assigned countries/region in proactive quality management
• Implement/executew activities to drive quality excellence across R&D and clinical development
• Ensure adherence to AbbVie Quality System, CAPA, Change Management, Quality Risk Management, and
• Collaborate with clinical development leaders to achieve first-pass approvals and compliant trial
• Oversee quality and compliance in regulated environments, including country/regional standards and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Nursing, Pharmacy or related field; 8+ years
• 3+ years in leadership positions (people or projects).
• Strong understanding of local/global regulatory requirements and evolving guidelines.
• Thorough knowledge of quality systems, auditing standards, and quality management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel up to 35%; fluent in additional languages desirable.
