📋 Description

• Lead enterprise-wide finance transformation strategy with executive leadership.
• Oversee programs across People & Change, Process Change, and Technology Enablement.
• Manage governance, risk, and delivery of transformation initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Drive program planning, tracking, and corrective actions in a matrixed environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen and familiarity with financial systems and processes.
• Excellent communication to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience managing multiple projects and rapid, adaptable work environments.
