📋 Description

• Billing operations support for global customers.
• Handle inquiries via phone and ticketing system within SLAs.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and internal teams.
• Support monthly revenue close cycles and product knowledge for billing systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years in customer service; 1 year billing experience a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex information
• Intermediate - Advanced Excel; analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
