📋 Description

• Lead global Talent Acquisition Partners to meet hiring targets
• Develop and execute TA strategy aligned with Bazaarvoice goals
• Partner with executives to set hiring SLAs and standards
• Drive AI-driven TA modernization and data insights
• Scale processes, vendor relations, and TA tech stack
• Champion diversity and employer brand across regions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition in fast-paced SaaS/tech
• 3+ years in direct people leadership of remote/global teams
• Bachelor's in HR, Business, Psychology or related field (preferred)
• Global recruitment mastery across NA, EMEA, APAC
• Deep knowledge of Software Eng, AI/ML, PM, GTM teams
• Tech stack fluency: Lever, Tableau, Workday, Metaview, Goodtime.io
