Director of Research Operations

📋 Description

• Oversee Knit's research operations, programming, QA, and fieldwork teams (10+ people, offshore).
• Lead automation of survey programming and feasibility workflows to improve speed and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales to scale automated tooling and processes from idea to deployment.
• Ensure data quality and timely fieldwork to meet customer demands and data SLAs.
• Drive KPI setting, reporting, and improvements for research operations at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in insights/market research, with leadership of research operations.
• Proven experience scaling sampling operations for quick-turn quant and qual methods.
• Strong automation/productization mindset; demonstrated efficiency gains.
• Cross-functional leadership across internal/external teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product).
• Deep experience with survey programming tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Decipher).
