📋 Description

• Support IT operations in a remote-first, international environment.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, and device provisioning for new hires.
• Maintain access records and assist with basic troubleshooting of hardware/software issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of relevant hands-on experience or equivalent studies.
• Curious, troubleshooting mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and ability to help colleagues via Slack/tickets.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first team and communicate in English.
• Experience with identity/access tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian, Slack) is a plus.
• Basic scripting exposure is a plus.
