📋 Description

• Lead long-range, annual, and quarterly planning with execs
• Build a high-performing Strategic Finance team
• Develop robust financial models for strategy and investments
• Improve forecasting, reporting, and budgeting processes
• Track key metrics; provide insights for decisions
• Play a critical role in M&A, capital markets, and investor relations

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years in investment banking, PE, consulting, VC, or strategic finance at a high-growth tech
• ≥2 years in leadership; proven team-building ability
• Strong passion for leading finance in a tech growth company
• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business; MBA a plus
• Expert financial modeling; solid GAAP understanding
• Analytical, problem-solving, and exec communication skills
