📋 Description

• Lease apartments onsite at The Sanctuary, a 320-unit community in Las Vegas, NV.
• Follow AIR's sales process, conduct tours and help prospects find their home.
• Meet or surpass monthly leasing goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Support leasing across AIR communities as needed and contribute to marketing efforts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated success in goal setting and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills for current and future residents.
• Flexible schedule; Tue–Sat, 10:00am–7:00pm (hours may vary).
• Reliable transportation and English proficiency (reading/writing/speaking).
