📋 Description

• Execute inventory management with focus on maximizing accuracy and reducing shrink
• Perform shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor replenishment, floor set
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and assist guests
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Demonstrate business acumen by leveraging metrics to drive decisions
• Assist in company-level operational directives with the Operations & Visual Management teams

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds; constant movement; stand for a shift
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; self-motivated and results-driven
