📋 Description

• Hybrid role based out of Pune office (India).
• Support four areas: value from free trials, onboarding/implementation, technical consulting
• Work across deployments for prospects and existing clients to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with customers to configure Litmos platform to their needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful go-lives and ongoing success.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in customer-facing SaaS support, implementation, onboarding, or renewals.
• Technical consulting experience with integrations and data migrations.
• Experience building or configuring integrations (SFTP, API-based connectors, Platform Connector).
• CSS and JavaScript for branding and portal customization.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Planhat, logging project hours, and trial engagement.
• Ability to identify accounts needing help and deliver configuration guidance and admin training.
